Daniel Drabkin is a partner in Sidley’s Investment Funds practice in New York. Dan has extensive experience in secondaries transactions and continuation funds, representing fund sponsors in implementing liquidity solutions for their limited partners, as well as lead and syndicate investors investing in continuation funds.
