Daniel Drabkin is a partner in Sidley’s Investment Funds practice in New York. He advises fund sponsors across the private capital spectrum, with significant experience in the formation of private credit, private equity, real asset and funds-of-funds vehicles. Dan has extensive experience in secondaries transactions and continuation funds, representing fund sponsors in implementing liquidity solutions for their limited partners, as well as lead and syndicate investors investing in continuation funds. He is a leading adviser in the private credit secondaries market and has counseled sponsors on the formation of private credit secondaries funds and numerous transactions in the sector.
