Ian Feng is a senior covenant analyst and senior director with Covenant Review. Ian is an acknowledged expert in leveraged loan documentation and trends, as well as in liability management exercises. Prior to joining Covenant Review in 2015, Ian practiced law at Latham & Watkins LLP and Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP, focusing primarily on leveraged finance and project finance, where he represented investment banks, sponsors, and corporate borrowers.

Ian graduated from University of Texas in Austin in 2006 and obtained his JD from the New York University School of Law cum laude in 2009.
