Sarah Wagner is a Managing Director and Head of Loan Platforms for S&P Global Market Intelligence, where she leads ClearPar, Debtdomain, Loan Reconciliation, Custodian Services, ADFlow and Loan Processor. Under her direction, the Loan Platforms ecosystem delivers end-to-end, managed lifecycle support for the loan market – from settlement and onboarding through tax and KYC services.
Ms. Wagner joined S&P Global in 2002 and most recently served as Global Head of Product for Loan Platforms. Throughout her career, she has partnered with leading market participants and vendor communities to drive innovation and strengthen operational efficiency across the loan ecosystem.
She earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Texas State University and an MBA in Finance from the University of North Texas. Ms. Wagner has held the Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA) designation since 2009 and completed the CAIA Private Debt Microcredential in 2023.
