David Yahalomi is Co-founder and COO of Hypercore, where he oversees client services and loan administration while leading the company’s AI initiatives. His work focuses on applying agentic AI to improve private credit operations through automation, robust controls and human oversight. Previously, he co-founded Articode, which delivered more than 30 fintech and enterprise software products, and led a team at Pepper, Israel’s first digital bank.

David began his career in elite Israeli military technology programs, where he developed expertise in software engineering and large-scale systems.
