William Graham (“Graham”) is Global Co-Head of Leveraged Finance at Morgan Stanley. He has extensive deal experience in the non-investment grade debt capital markets, having originated, structured, and executed $750Bn+ of corporate financings, acquisition financings, recapitalizations, and LBOs for some of the Firm’s largest clients, including data center development financings.
Graham created a first-of-its-kind product to finance data center development in the non-investment grade bond market, with the debut financing of TeraWulf's $3.2Bn Senior Secured Green Notes offering in October 2025, followed by 11 other Sole or Left Lead transactions since then.
He is a member of the Firm’s Global Capital Commitment Committee, Global Capital Markets Operating Committee, and Diversity Council. He and his team have won numerous awards and honors, including IFR’s Global Leveraged Loan House, U.S. Leveraged Finance House and Global High Yield House, including multiple IFR Deal of the Year awards.
Graham joined Morgan Stanley in 2006, having previously worked in Leveraged Finance and Investment Banking at Salomon Smith Barney (now Citigroup). Graham graduated from Georgetown University in 1995 and received his MBA from the Kellogg School of Management in 1999.
