Rachel Russell is the Global Head of CLO New Issue at Morgan Stanley, responsible for the origination, financing, structuring and syndication of broadly-syndicated and private credit CLOs.  Rachel has spent her career involved in a variety of roles across structured credit, including responsibility for the US CLO New Issue business, syndication of CLOs, ABS & RMBS and the distribution of structured credit products to institutional investors.  She is a member of the LSTA Board of Directors.

Rachel earned her BComm from the University of British Columbia and an MBA from Columbia Business School.
