Jonathon Siatkowski is a Managing Director and Marathon’s Head of CLO Capital Markets, responsible for the structuring, syndication, and capital formation of Marathon’s CLO Management Strategy.  Mr. Siatkowski is also responsible for investments in CLO equity, warehouse facilities, and other alternative credit structures within Marathon’s CLO Investing Strategy.  He is a member of the Performing Credit Investment Committee, focused on managing the structural quality of Marathon CLOs within the framework of the firm’s fundamental credit underwriting process.

Mr. Siatkowski joined Marathon in 2018 from Kohlberg & Co. and its credit managers, Katonah Capital & Trimaran Advisors.  At Kohlberg, Mr. Siatkowski led the structuring of Trimaran CLOs, and invested in CLO equity and mezzanine securities on behalf of Kohlberg and its BDC.  Mr. Siatkowski began his career at Bear, Stearns & Co. where he specialized in the structuring of CLOs as a member of the F.A.S.T. team.

Mr. Siatkowski holds a B.S. in Finance and Economics, cum laude, from the Leonard Stern School of Business at New York University.
