Shinichi Fujita is Principal of Alternative Investment Department at Sumitomo Mitsui DS Asset Management, specializing in private debt and CLOs. Prior to this role, he was involved in alternative investments, focusing on infrastructure at Daiwa SB Investments. Mr. Fujita began his career in 1991 at Sumitomo Bank (now Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation), where he specialized in derivatives, securitization, and structured finance.

Mr. Fujita holds a degree in Economics from Kobe University.
