​Mary Heath serves as the Head of Private Market Operations for Voya Investment Management, where she is responsible for the platform operations, cash management and settlement, data strategy, system solutions and strategic partner management relating to private credit and bank loans. Mary and her team partner with the investment team to offer mid-and back-office support functions. Previously at Voya, she held such roles as Treasury Manager, Portfolio Specialist and Financial Reporting Analyst for the group. She is a member of the Voya Fund Platform Leadership Committee, and is actively involved with a number of industry associations and initiatives.

Mary earned an BS in Finance from Arizona State University and an MBA from the Thunderbird School of Global Management.
