Jason Cohen leads Octaura’s Operations functions including Legal, Compliance, Market and Customer support, and Finance.  Since joining Octaura in 2022, Jason has helped define the company strategy and ensure effective execution of the business objectives.  For more than 25 years, Jason has been at the forefront of the trading markets electronification evolution having served as COO for BrokerTec and EBS, each market leaders in electronic trading in the Rates and FX spaces respectively.  Following the CME acquisition in 2019, Jason was Managing Director of Product Management and Operations focused on Front-end product, OMS integration, and Rates settlement.

He holds an MBA from Fordham University and a BS in Accounting from Binghamton University.  He is a Certified Public Accountant and licensed Series 27 FinOps Principal.
