Jennifer Donovan is a Principal at Davidson Kempner Capital Management LP.  She manages the global team responsible for the settlement of loans, claims and private equity and the administration of corporate actions.

Jennifer received her B.A. from Columbia University, Phi Beta Kappa and magna cum laude.
