Sarah Wagner is a Managing Director and Head of Loan Platforms for S&P Global Market Intelligence. Her responsibilities include ClearPar, Debtdomain, Loan Reconciliation, Custodian Services, ADFlow, and Loan Processor. The ecosystem provides holistic, full lifecycle support and managed services across settlement, onboarding, tax, and KYC services.

Ms. Wagner joined the firm in 2002. She most recently served as Global Head of Product for Loan Platforms, and previously Head of Product for Notice Manager and Loan Reference Data. She has worked her entire career with partner vendors and market leaders to drive innovation in the loan market.

Ms. Wagner obtained her Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Texas State University, and her Master of Business Administration in Finance from University of North Texas. She has held the Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst designation since 2009, as well as the CAIA Private Debt Microcredential obtained in 2023.
