Todd is a Managing Director in J.P. Morgan’s Leveraged Debt Capital Markets team in New York, having relocated back from London in 2021, where he worked for 11 years beforehand after beginning his career in New York. The group works closely with corporates and private equity firms to structure and arrange a variety of transactions including LBO’s, corporate acquisitions, recapitalizations and refinancings in the broadly syndicated and privately placed leveraged loan, high yield bond, mezzanine debt and preferred equity markets.

Todd has spent his entire career at J.P. Morgan and its predecessors, joining Chase in 1999. Within the leveraged finance group, he has experience and expertise across a wide variety of industry sectors, with a particular focus on natural resources, industrials and entertainment.  Over the course of his career, Todd has executed over 500 transactions, raising nearly half a trillion dollars for clients.

Todd currently serves as a member of the LSTA Board of Directors.
