Kenji Toukaku began his career at the Industrial Bank of Japan (IBJ, now Mizuho Bank) in 1990, where he focused on trading JGB options and interest rate derivatives as well as securitized products research at IBJ Securities. Mr. Toukaku joined Credit Suisse (now UBS) in 2005 to continue his work in securitized products research. In 2007, he was in charge of trading securitized products such as MBS, as well as JGBs and interest rate derivatives.

In 2019, he joined Fukuoka Financial Group, where he is currently responsible for the investment management of securitized products, with a focus on CLOs, Agency MBS/CMOs, and private assets.
