Jeff Dickson is an Executive Managing Director of PGIM Private Capital and Head of Alternatives, which encompasses all leveraged Private Credit businesses, including Direct Lending, Corporate Mezzanine, and Energy Mezzanine. Jeff has been an integral part of PGIM Private Capital’s risk investing since 2000 as the initial principal and later Managing Partner of PGIM Capital Partners, the middle market corporate mezzanine fund complex. From 1996 to 2000, he was head of the San Francisco Global Corporate Finance office and was responsible for PGIM Private Capital’s investment activities in the U.S. Western territory. He joined Prudential in 1989.

Jeff received a BS from Babson College and an MS from the MIT Sloan School of Management. He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst® designation.
