Rula Urso is a Director of Loan Operations for Kayne Anderson Private credit strategies. She has 26 years of finance experience.

Prior to joining Kayne in 2017, Rula spent over two years as Assistant Vice President for Antares Capital, where she built their operations department after the successful transition from GE Capital, where she worked for over eight years as a Lead Operations Manager.

Rula earned a B.A. in International Business and Economics from Benedictine University in 2002 and an M.B.A. in Economics and International Business from Lake Forest Graduate School in 2007. She is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Business Administration from Florida International University with an anticipated graduation date in 2026.
