David leads Versana’s technology strategy and is responsible for building and managing the Company’s technology team. Over his 30-year career, David built products advancing electronic trading, order management and workflow solutions across FI, FX and commodities at both early- stage start-ups and large corporate fintechs. Most recently, David was Co-Founder and CTO of LTX, an electronic corporate bond trading platform and prior to that, co-founded TwoFour Systems, which was acquired by Broadridge in 2014.

He holds a BS from the University of Vermont.
