Sujaan is a Managing Director in the Structured Products Group within the Global Credit business at BofA Securities, where he is responsible for syndication and banking of deals arranged by the CLO primary desk. Sujaan has worked in the CLO primary business since he started at BofA in 2014.

Sujaan earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the College of William & Mary.
