John Clements is a Managing Director and Head of Barclays’ US CLO Primary business.  Prior to joining Barclays in 2018, John spent 17 years at Citi where he was Co-Head of their US CLO Primary business.  Mr. Clements began his career at JP Morgan Chase and its predecessor companies and held various positions in their Structured Credit, Private Placements and Middle Market Lending businesses.  John has been involved in numerous CLO industry associations including the LSTA and the Structured Finance Association (Board Member).

John Clements graduated from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute with a BA degree in Management and Economics.
