Seth Denison began his career with Bank of America Merrill Lynch, in 2003. He is currently a Director with a focus on loan operations.  During his 21-year career, he has held various roles, from Par and Distressed Loan Closer to Trader’s Assistant.  Since 2008, he has been the Manager of the US Loan Closing and Documentation Team.

Mr. Denson graduated from State University of New York at Albany in 1996 (B.A.) and from Touro Law – Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center in 1999 (J.D.).
