Our parent company, Global Loan Agency Services Limited, was established in 2011 in the U.K. as an independent provider of financial administration services to corporate loan and debt issuers through the GLAS companies (hereinafter “GLAS”) worldwide.  Our mission is to provide our corporate loan and trust clients with the highest quality services globally.  We do this by delivering a responsive and flexible service efficiently in our U.K., U.S., Paris, Singapore, and Australian offices.
