Annual Conference 2026

Thursday, October 8, 2026
8:00 AM

New York Hilton Midtown
1335 6th Ave
New York, NY, 10019

Our 2026 conference offers a 360° view of the complex and conflicting forces impacting corporate lending today, from economic whiplash and geopolitical shifts to the growing influence of AI. Our keynote speeches this year – given by two leading authorities in their respective fields, both of whom are also New York Times bestselling authors – encapsulate the environment perfectly, speaking to the “Age of Economic Warfare” and “AI Ethics.”

In addition to our keynotes, the conference will take on topics ranging from BSL and CLO volatility and private credit’s “great rebundling” to “Financing the AI Boom” – each of them offering distinct and insights from a panel of industry experts.

Rounding out the day, we’ll take a deep dive into the topics that impact your strategic outlook, with three simultaneous tracks covering functional disciplines: legal perspectives, operations and technology, and industry trends across both broadly syndicated and private credit markets. See our full agenda here.

This year’s conference is dedicated to the memory of Bridget Marsh, late General Counsel of LSTA. We miss her and honor her extraordinary contributions every day.
