Q: Will the day’s presentations be available in advance?
A: Yes, for any session with a presentation, you’ll be able to download and print it in advance. You can find the downloads next to their sessions in the conference agenda. Note that copies of the presentations won’t be available on-site, however. 

 

Q: What happens if I’ve registered but can’t attend?
A: Substitutions are welcome for this event. You can either create an account or log in to make your substitutions.

Q: I can’t commit right now. Do you take walk-ins?
A: Walk-in registration will be available on-site on the day of the conference for a separate rate. See our conference rates here.

Q: How do I get a refund if I need it?
A: A 50% refund will be issued for canceled registrations until September 14, 2026. No refunds will be issued after that date, but substitutions can be made until the morning of Tuesday, October 7, or on-site the day of the conference.
